Detailed review of Greek island holiday

I recently booked a 7-day Greek island holiday with Sunweb, opting for a flight and hotel package. The booking process on their website was straightforward, allowing me to select specific flight times and hotel preferences. After booking, I received immediate confirmation emails, and travel documents were sent digitally about two weeks before departure. The flights themselves were uneventful, and the airport transfers were well-organized, with clear instructions on where to meet the bus. The hotel in Rhodes was exactly as depicted online – clean, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. My only minor observation was that an option to pre-book specific excursions directly through Sunweb would have been helpful, as I ended up arranging those locally. Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and it was a stress-free vacation.

Reliable for winter trips

This was my third time booking a winter sports package with Sunweb, and they've been consistently reliable. Last year we did a chalet rental in France, and this time it was a hotel in Italy with a ski pass included. The transfers are always on time, and the accommodations are as described. I keep coming back because their ski packages offer good value compared to piecing everything together myself. It's nice not to worry about the ski pass or transfers once you've booked.

Good ski trip, minor issues

I booked a ski holiday to Austria through Sunweb last month. The package, which included a ski pass, was a pretty good deal for what we got. The mountain hotel was comfortable enough, and transfers were smooth. My main complaint was that the booking process felt a little clunky online; some pages loaded slowly. Also, getting a clear answer about ski equipment rental options before booking was harder than it should have been. Overall, a solid 4-star experience, but there's room to improve the website's responsiveness.

Easy booking, good value

Booked a last minute holiday to Spain. Website was simple to use. Got a good deal on a flight and hotel package. Documents arrived quickly. Hotel was fine. No problems at all.

Decent family holiday

We took the kids on a family holiday to a seaside resort through Sunweb. It was a pretty good trip overall. The booking process was simple enough on their site. The resort itself was what we expected, not super fancy but clean and had activities for the little ones. The transfer from the airport was smooth. It was a solid, easy vacation, nothing to complain about really.

Best beach holiday ever

Oh my goodness, I just got back from an all inclusive beach holiday in Turkey that I booked with Sunweb and it was absolutely fantastic! The resort was gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the whole booking experience was super easy. Everything was included, which made it so relaxing. I seriously can't wait to book my next trip with them. I've already told my sister she needs to check out their Greek island holidays!
